Jim Herley is a Paralegal with the firm. Jim assists the attorneys of the firm in delivering high-quality work product in a timely and responsive manner. He has more than 7 years of experience in the field of intellectual property and 30 years in engineering and manufacturing for Xerox Corporation. He holds seven U.S. patents.

Since obtaining his paralegal certification from UVA he has worked for a U.S. patent agent and then as a member of the Intellectual Property department of Williams Mullen, where he assisted multiple attorneys with their patent prosecution and trademark dockets.
